Welcome to Our 5 Bed, 4 Bath, home from home.
If you are looking for luxury, relaxation, and a very short trip to Disney
and the other theme parks then look no further!
Our villa is located on Indian creek, is 2157sq ft, detached, with
5 bedrooms (3 of which are master ensuites), 4 bathrooms, and sleeps up to 12 people.
It is air conditioned throughout,
and furnished to the highest standards.
It has a fully screened, heatable pool, with adjoining children’s pool, and
open views beyond.
Smaller children are catered for with the free use of cots, high chairs, and strollers.

Accomodation
The villa has 5 bedrooms.
Two master King ensuites, and one queen ensuite.
In addition there are two twin
bedded rooms, with an adjacent bathroom. One of these has been decorated especially for the young ones, with a Winnie the
Pooh theme.
All of the bedrooms have T.V.video.
A full laundry service provides linen and towels for all of
the bedrooms and bathrooms, although we ask that you provide your own towels for the pool area,
Two of the ensuite
bathrooms have direct access to the pool/patio area. This enables guests to use toilet/shower facilities without the need
to walk through the lounge area.
Lounge area
The lounge is extremely comfortable, and has a large T.V. with
cable, vcr, and cd player. There is even a small range of entertaining videos.
The sofa can be pulled out into
a queen sized double bed to provide extra sleeping where required.
Kitchen/Dining area
Although the
house was only built in 2001, the kitchen has been recently completely refurbished, and is fully equipped with, gas cooker,
fridge/freezer/ice maker, microwave, washing machine/tumble dryer, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. There is even a kettle
for our guests from the U.K, who often find that they cannot locate this essential device for their early morning cup of tea.
Off
of the Kitchen is a large dining area which seats up to six people, and an additional dining area for a further four people.
Add to this you are able to sit at the breakfast bar for a quick cuppa and a snack.
One of the main features of our
villa is the large private pool area. This boasts a main pool, with an adjoining childrens pool. It also has a nicely shaded
sitting/eating area, and an extended patio/sun terrace with loungers.
The pool can be heated if required, for an additional
fee. (this is not really necessary from April – October)
Outside there is a gas barbecue (this cannot by law
be used around the pool area). This can be used by guests who will need to provide their own bottled gas.
Our locally
based management company maintains the villa to the highest possible standards. Brian, and Pauline provide 24/7 assistance
to our guests to ensure their stay runs as smoothly as possible.
